LANDLORD RELATIONSHIP:Make sure you are comfortable with your landlord. If you do not feel at ease talking with him/her, how will you be able to discuss issues if they arise? If you have a bad feeling about a potential landlord, move on. You need to feel comfortable with your living arrangement.
